LU-VE Group: Business Excellence 2020 Award
LU-VE Group has received a Special Mention in the “Internationalization” category within the Business Excellence 2020 Awards.
LU-VE Group has received a Special Mention in the "Internationalization" category within the Business Excellence 2020 Awards, an annual event established in 2014 by the management consulting company GEA, the management magazine Harvard Business Review Italia and the asset management company Arca Fondi SGR, to give recognition to Italian companies distinguished by their innovation, internationalization, growth, and sustainability.
The jury was made up of Marco Fortis, Gabriele Galateri, Patrizia Grieco, Raffaele Jerusalmi and Luisa Todini.
The reasons for the Special Mention: “LU-VE Group is one of the three major manufacturers in the world (second in Europe) in the field of air the heat exchanger sector, thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies that have since become a reference for the entire sector. The Group is an international organization with 16 production plants in 9 countries, 3,200 qualified employees (of which 1,000 in Italy) and 3,235 square meters of R&D laboratories (one of the largest in Europe). Over the years, the Group’s "glocal" growth strategy has led to international-level investments to serve their various local markets. In 2019, 81% of revenues came from abroad and in the period 2016-2019 the turnover grew by 70%”.
The ceremony was held at the Manzoni Theatre in Milan on Thursday 15 October. During the event, the research project "Champions of Italy, the success factors of 10,000 Italian companies" was presented.
Following this, a round table discussion was held on “How the capital market can accelerate the growth of national champions”.
