LUVE strengthens its commercial governance: Michele Ampezzan appointed Chief Commercial Officer for both “Cooling” and “Components” product lines

LU-VE S.p.A., the Varese-based multinational listed on Euronext STAR Milan and one of the world’s leading operators in the air heat exchanger sector, takes a new step in strengthening its managerial structure and announces the appointment of Michele Ampezzan as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for both the “Cooling” (ventilated) and “Components” (static) product lines. The appointment is part of the company’s strategy of consolidation and international growth, aimed at further enhancing its commercial presence.
Having joined the Group in 2009, Ampezzan has built a career of more than fifteen years within LUVE, serving as Commercial & Marketing Director of the “Business Unit Components” and contributing to the development of the product portfolio and to strengthening the company’s presence in major global markets. In parallel, he led one of the Group’s subsidiaries as managing director, consolidating managerial, operational and strategic skills.
His previous experiences in other industrial environments, both within the HVAC&R sector and in different manufacturing contexts, enabled him to develop a cross-functional perspective on competitive dynamics, product innovation and the management of relationships with international customers and stakeholders.
In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer, Michele Ampezzan will focus on strengthening customer proximity and fostering integration across the various geographical areas, ensuring continuity, quality and responsiveness in commercial support. At the same time, he will support LUVE’s expansion in EMEA, APAC and the Americas, enhancing the company’s technological offering in line with a demand increasingly oriented towards high energy-efficiency solutions and natural refrigerants.
