LUVE celebrates 40 years of history and renews its brand to strengthen global leadership
Forty years since its foundation, ten years as a listed company and a new identity to support the next phase of development
Uboldo (Varese), January 26, 2026 – LUVE S.p.A., a multinational group headquartered in the province of Varese and listed on Euronext STAR Milan and one of the world’s leading players in the air heat exchanger sector, celebrates in 2026 the 40th anniversary of its foundation by announcing the completion of a comprehensive rebranding project. Designed to support the Company in its next phase of growth, the project aims to further strengthen LUVE’s global positioning.
The new logo represents the natural evolution of an industrial and financial journey that has led LUVE to become the world’s third-largest operator and the second in Europe in its segment, with a widespread international presence and a leading role in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and industrial applications markets.
Founded in 1986 in Uboldo (Varese) from the entrepreneurial vision of Iginio Liberali, LUVE has built its leadership over the years on technological innovation, continuous investment in research and development and a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as on human capital. This journey reached a key milestone with the Company’s IPO in 2015 and its admission to the STAR segment in 2022, further strengthening the Group’s credibility with investors and stakeholders.
The rebranding project stems from the desire to ensure that the LUVE brand is fully aligned with the role the Company plays in today’s market and with the responsibilities that come with it. The new visual and verbal identity enhances LUVE’s industrial heritage while projecting it into the future through a clearer, more distinctive, and more recognizable language.
At the heart of the new positioning lies the concept of shaping — the market, technologies, and industry standards. This vision is captured in the new slogan “The shape of cooling,” which reflects LUVE’s approach to developing high-performance, customer-oriented solutions with measurable results.
The rebranding is not an endpoint, but a strategic enabler to support the Group’s future growth in a market environment characterized by increasing demand for efficient, reliable and sustainable solutions, also considering the transformations driven by the energy transition and the development of digital infrastructures.
Matteo Liberali, President and CEO of LUVE, commented:
“If I were to explain the new logo, I would use a quote by Carlo Levi: ‘The future has an ancient heart.’ Our roots carry us into the future. The new LUVE logo is born from a deep awareness: in forty years of history, we have not merely followed the evolution of our industry — we have helped shape it. Today, this capability takes form in an identity that clearly expresses who we are and where we want to go. ‘The shape of cooling’ conveys our vision: to design solutions that combine technology, sustainability, and industrial culture, creating lasting value for customers, for the market, for our people, and for the communities in which we operate. It is the sign of a global Group that looks to the future with responsibility, ambition, and a long-term vision, strong in its roots and ready to face the challenges of the coming decades.”
From a brand identity perspective, the new LUVE logo is the result of the synthesis of two visual and symbolic elements: the rose, the historic emblem of the passion and values that have guided the Company’s growth, and the fan, a universally recognized icon of refrigeration. Their fusion gives rise to an identity that looks to the future without losing its connection to its roots
