In order to optimize this value, LU-VE's risk management and control system complies with the principles and recommendations of the Code of Corporate Governance - 2020 version - approved by the Corporate Governance Committee, in force (hereinafter the "Code of Corporate Governance") and, more generally, with best practices in the national and international spheres.
